Citizenshire

A) Investigation and investigation of crimes mentioned in the ACC schedule;

B) Filing and conducting a case under this Act on the basis of investigation and investigation;

C) Search for any allegation of corruption based on self-initiatives or an application filed by another person on behalf of the person who is harmed;

D) To perform any duties entrusted to the commission by law on the issue of corruption;

E) To submit recommendation to the Honorable President for reviewing and implementing the mechanism under the law for the prevention of corruption;

F) Prepare a search plan for corruption prevention and submit recommendations to the Honorable President on the basis of the findings of the research;

G) To create honesty and integrity in the fight against corruption and to create mass awareness against corruption;

H) To arrange seminars, symposiums, workshops etc. on all subjects that are involved in the activities or responsibilities of the Commission;

I) Identify the sources of various corruption existing in Bangladesh in the context of socio-economic conditions and submit recommendations to the President for taking necessary action accordingly;

(J) To determine the authentication mechanism of the Commission for inquiry into corruption, investigation, cases and filing inquiries, investigations and cases; And perform any other work that is considered necessary for the prevention of minority.
